The email may take a few minutes to arrive depending on your server. When you receive the email you can create your new password.
We have sent you an email to change your password, but today we send you another email to create a new password and we see that you did not open it.
1. See that it is not in the "Spam" folder.
2. If you still can't find it, at the top of your email server search for mobifriends and it should be at the top of the resulting list.
3. If you continue without finding it , follow the next steps to configure your email server to correctly receive the emails we send you, and try again.
At the top of your mail server, go to Settings, and go to "Email / Spam". In the "Senders and safe domains" list add our email email@example.com
